Although the effect is some what common, the results are always eye catching. The location of this winter wonderland is the recently reopened part of Kiev called “Andrew’s Descent.” The setting with vigorous ┬átrees and plant life is given a fresh, wintery look, and exaggerated ivory leaves against a beautiful sapphire sky.
